Her and I

Anywhere she were to go I would follow
Never would I let her go alone
All of my time I would allow her to borrow
For my life without her would be xenon
Even though appalling is what people perceive
She has never once left without me
I a hero, She a villain
Roles pushed onto us based on a fallace notion
They forget we are human
Complex; built by our experiences and emotion
Where they see evil I see good
If only they would realize that they have misunderstood
They have placed her into a box in which she does not fit
They have turned her into the monster they wanted her to represent
They tear her down while she attempts to escape it
When the moment of character judgment arose she chose good over evil
Like I’ve always known she would
Never has there been a doubt in my mind
She has always been the woman; strong, brave, and kind
When her time had come sitting at deaths’ door
As every fairy tail goes she needed true loves kiss to live once more
The prince placed his lips on hers
But she had neglected to breathe once more
Her breath was gone and she had died
I gave her my true love kiss to say goodbye
It was at this she stirred and bounced back into life
For as is turns out , her heart has always been mine
